Project Description: The goal of the Dover Packaging and Tracking Pharmaceutical dashboard project is to create a packaging dashboard that is user-friendly and comprehensive, offering real-time data insights for both desktop and mobile devices. Project Description: Credit Dog was designed to be an all-inclusive mobile app designed to help credit card holders get the most out of their cards. As the UX designer, I collaborated with five developers to rapidly ideate designs using wireframes, user flows, and prototypes to provide users with essential information. Information Architects created patterns that streamlined the application's data while prototypes were built for usability tests. The result is a modern, user-friendly interface optimized for both IOS and Android devices that provides personalized recommendations, deals, and financial resources for managing credit cards, making it more accessible to all users.

Project Description: This project was a UX-focused effort to increase transparency and traceability in the food supply chain for Loblaw's Canadian food stores. The initiative aimed to tackle food counterfeiting and meet consumer expectations regarding food origin. The project involved integrating a food traceability blockchain into Bamboo Rose's Food PLM platform. As the Lead UX on this project, I collaborated with developers, project managers, and client stakeholders to ensure ease of use. The project was designed to create a streamlined and efficient traceability system that would provide Loblaw's with a competitive edge in the market while also increasing credibility and safety.

Project Description:  I initiated this project to help Bamboo Rose stay competitive and designed an actionable dashboard that allowed users to make critical job and organizational decisions quickly. I worked with a product team of four managers, two developers, QA, and business stakeholders to identify critical metrics and create visualizations that provided an at-a-glance view of progress toward goals. In collaboration with the product team, conducted in-person user research, and user testing to refine the interface. This ensured it was intuitive and easy to use. The finished product was a highly functional, user-friendly dashboard that helped all business channels regain competitiveness.

Project Description: MyTrials was redesigned with a centralized portal, allowing users to conduct all activities in one location. The Data-Driven Monitoring (DDM) tool was integrated into the home page, providing customizable options and real-time reporting of metric data. By prioritizing alerts and tasks, users can be proactive and work more effectively. The project included 7 different user groups all of which were tested in the mockup and prototype stages to ensure it was targeted, and easy to use for each. There was strong collaboration involved collaboration with product teams, developers, QA, and stakeholders, resulting in a 20% increase in productivity user productivity.
